The visits VinFast schedules for your model, done by technicians trained on it.
An electric VinFast needs far less routine work than a gas car, but the work it does need still matters. VinFast publishes a maintenance schedule for each model and model year, and our service department follows it: tire rotation, brake and suspension inspection, cabin air filter, coolant and brake fluid checks, and a look at the high-voltage system and the software that runs it.
Book the visit that matches your mileage or time interval, and we handle the rest. You get a written summary of what was checked, what was done, and anything we recommend keeping an eye on before the next visit.

Why it matters on an electric vehicle
With no engine oil, spark plugs or exhaust system, most of an EV's maintenance is about tires, brakes, filters and the cooling system that protects the high-voltage battery. Keeping those on schedule protects range, ride quality and the battery itself, and keeps your service history complete for warranty purposes.

How often does a VinFast need scheduled maintenance?
VinFast sets the interval for each model and model year in the owner's documentation. We follow that schedule rather than a generic one, so tell us your model and mileage when you book and we will confirm which visit is due.
Does an electric vehicle need oil changes?
No. A VinFast has no engine oil to change. Scheduled maintenance focuses on tires, brakes, filters, fluids for the cooling and brake systems, the 12-volt battery, and software.
Will scheduled maintenance affect my warranty?
Keeping up with VinFast's published schedule, and keeping the records, is part of maintaining warranty coverage. We record every visit and give you a copy.
