Multi-Point EV Inspection
A full check of tires, brakes, suspension, lights, fluids, battery and software, with a written report.
A multi-point inspection is the quickest way to know where your VinFast stands. It covers the wear items an EV still has, the systems that protect the high-voltage battery, and the software that runs the car, and you leave with a written report in plain language.
It is included with scheduled maintenance, and it is also worth booking on its own before a long trip, when buying or selling a pre-owned VinFast, or when something feels different and you would like a trained eye on it.
What is included
- Tire tread depth, pressure and condition
- Brake pad and rotor measurements
- Suspension, steering and drive-shaft boot inspection
- All exterior and interior lights, wipers and washers
- Coolant, brake fluid and washer fluid levels
- 12-volt battery test and high-voltage system visual check
- Charge port and cable condition
- Software version check and open recall lookup
- Written report with items rated as good, monitor, or needs attention
When to schedule it
Book an inspection before a road trip, when a warning appears that you would like explained, when considering the purchase or sale of a pre-owned VinFast, or once a year if your mileage is low enough that scheduled visits are far apart.
Why it matters on an electric vehicle
Many EV issues are quiet. A tire wearing unevenly, a caliper starting to stick or a coolant level creeping down will not announce themselves the way an engine noise would. A trained inspection catches them while they are still small, and the report gives you a record of the car's condition over time.

Is the inspection included with maintenance?
Yes. Every scheduled maintenance visit includes the multi-point inspection. You can also book it on its own.
Can I get an inspection on a pre-owned VinFast before I buy it?
